Large master planned residential and retail development at prime interchange location in suburban Louisville. The plan was originally approved in 1989 and modified in the mid 90’s to capitalize on the “big box” demand of large retail users such as Barnes and Noble, Kohl’s, Target, Home Depot and Meijer as anchor tenants. Secondary retail demand was generated for the Springhurst Commons shopping center, high end multi-family residential, banking, and hotel space. |
