Blankbaker Crossings is a 576 acre office, business, and light industrial park located east of Louisville on I-64. The project has developed over the past 20 years into one of the premier business locations in Metro Louisville. Central to the development of the park was the construction of the Blankenbaker Parkway interchange along I-64. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. provided technical assistance with rezoning the property to PEC zoning, developing subdivision and roadway plans, sanitary sewer and utility infrastructure plans, storm water management, and site planning for individual building sites. |
