Jefferson Commerce Park is a 65 acre site located between Fern Valley Road and Outer Loop along a newly completed section of Jefferson Boulevard. The completion of the roadway provided improved access to retail and I-65. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. assisted the owner with rezoning the property from R-4 to EZ-1 to permit office, warehouse, light industrial, and manufacturing uses. The firm also provided construction plans and approvals for all roadway, drainage, and sanitary sewer approvals, including wetland delineation and flood plain compensation. |
