Old Henry Crossings is a mixed used office, retail, and residential development located just east of the Old Henry Parkway and I-265 Interchange.  SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. assisted the Owner with rezoning the property, construction of a major MSD lift station and capital project to provide sanitary sewer service, and design coordination and negotiation with KDOT and Metro Public Works regarding roadway improvements to Old Henry Parkway.  We are also currently working with the Owner on site development strategies for individual tracts and specific users.
