Little Spring Farm is a 430-acre, 717 unit residential community in southeastern Jefferson County. The land plan protects over 200 acres of hillside and bottomland along Floyds Fork. The entrance required special attention due the fact that the community itself was not visible from U.S. 150 because of the high rock bluff. A water feature was designed and constructed to create the signature for the development using natural rock outcroppings and dramatic elevation changes. The development was begun in 2002 and is currently under construction. The construction cost of Phase 1 site improvements was $4.5 million. |
