Rock Springs Farm is a residential neighborhood consisting of 340 custom homes on 130 rolling acres located on KY 22 just east of the I-265 and the Summit Town Center. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. assisted the developer in creating the overall master plan for the neighborhood as well as prepared Phases 1 & 2 construction plans and design the signature entrance, which consists of natural stone waterfalls, streams and outcroppings on either side of the main entrance. We are also currently working with the developer on the Phase 3 construction plans and an additional signature entrance off of Hitt Lane.
Site work for Phases 1 & 2 and the installation of the signature entrance were completed in January 2007. |
