Signature Point is a 90-acre, 820 unit multi-family community consisting of town homes, condominiums and apartments. The basic concept derives from traditional building ideals regarding the architecture and materials, the proximity of buildings to the street, on street parking, the use of alleys and the development of public open spaces connected by a network of public sidewalks and paths. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. is currently serving as landscape architect for this project. Working in concert with local and non-local architects, we prepared plans for local approvals, designed the public realm which included the entrance and streetscape, the clubhouse and pool and the community parks.
