SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. was retained by the Louisville/ Jefferson County Metro Department of Planning and Design Services to provide neighborhood planning services centered around land use recommendations and design guidelines for a 6.4 mile stretch of Wolf Pen Branch Road.
Design services included developing context specific recommendations for setbacks and buffering as well as preservation of numerous historic properties. The firm worked with Planning Staff and coordinated monthly meetings with the Task Force to present planning strategies, review alternatives, and obtain community input. |
