SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. was retained by the Louisville/ Jefferson County Metro Department of Planning and Design Services to provide neighborhood planning services centered around land use recommendations and design guidelines for a 700 acre area along Mockingbird Valley Road in Louisville, Kentucky.
Design services included developing context specific recommendations for setbacks and buffering as well as support for a National Register of Historic Places nomination for the entire neighborhood. The firm worked with Planning Staff and coordinated monthly meetings with the Task Force to present planning strategies, review alternatives, and obtain community input. |
