The EDGE at Liberty Green is a mixed use development located within the Clarksdale Revitalization area known as Liberty Green. It is a community that focuses on mixed-use buildings including office, retail, restaurants and residential uses, interspersed with pedestrian walkways, plazas and green spaces, to create a 24-hour urban neighborhood within walking distance of the University of Louisville Hospital campus. The EDGE offers a residential product not yet available in Louisville but highly sought after in other cities, creating a place where people can experience the conveniences of urban living in Louisville’s central business district. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. served as Landscape Architects and Planners for this project. Services included production of planning documents and exhibits for a shared parking study, detailed urban design guidelines (including lot development, architectural, site design, signage, lighting, and landscaping and buffering standards), and representing the Client before the zoning approval board. |
