Park DuValle is a 125-acre, 700 unit traditional neighborhood built on the site of a 1940’s era public housing development in southwestern Louisville, Kentucky. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. served as project planners, landscape architects and engineers for this project. Working in concert with local and non-local architects, we prepared plans for local approvals, designed public streets and common areas, prepared streetscape plans, coordinated the relocation and construction of new underground utilities, and provided construction administration. In addition to neighborhood design services, the firm also developed the construction plans for the town center incorporating ground level retail and service areas with second and third story rental and senior housing.
The total cost of site improvements was $11 million. Professional services were completed in 2002 with site development complete in 2003. |
