Jewish Hospital Medical Center Northeast is a 120,500 square foot medical office which includes emergency care, labs, diagnostics, outpatient rehabilitation, etc. and is part of the Office Campus at Old Henry Crossing, a mixed use development located just east of the Old Henry Parkway and I-265 Interchange. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. are currently serving as site planners, engineers, surveyors and landscape architects for this project. We assisted the Owner with the overall layout and development of the project to insure that it worked seamlessly with the Old Henry Crossing Master Plan, as well as, adjoining developments. We also prepared the construction documents for local agency approvals and the conditional use permit to allow emergency care within the facility. Construction shall be completed in August 2009. |
