Hamilton Springs is a unique condo community consisting of 139 units on 30 acres located within the mixed use development of Old Henry Crossing. The community is unique in that each building, which consists of 3 to 4 units, is designed by a different architect and that each unit’s finishing materials are different. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. assisted the owner in creating the condominium development, construction plans and landscape plans as well as the overall master plan for Old Henry Crossing. We are also currently working with the Owner on the phase 2 construction plans for Hamilton Springs as well as site development plans and construction plans for individual tracts and specific users at Old Henry Crossing. |
