Mockingbird Valley River Bluff is a 65-acre, 18 unit residential community located off River Road, adjacent to the Louisville Country Club in Louisville, Kentucky. The planning concept was to create a new up-scale community that preserved the existing woodlands, variable topography and overall natural character of the existing site. SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. assisted the developer in creating the overall master plan and construction documents, as well as, the deed of restrictions. An architectural review board was created to institute the deed of restrictions which includes, but is not limited to, architecture, building materials, site planning, site setbacks & tree preservation.
Site work was completed in the spring of 2006. Home construction began in fall of 2007. |
