SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. was retained by the Louisville Department of Housing to develop a master plan for a 4 block area of the Russell Urban Renewal Area along Cedar Street from 17^th to 20^th streets.  The plan was designed to be consistent with the original lotting pattern of this part of old Louisville and was proposed to contain a mix of single and multifamily for-sale residential uses.  Design services included initial master planning for the entire roadway corridor, detail land planning and construction plans for 18^th-20^th Streets.  Construction cost is estimated at $250 thousand.
