SABAK, WILSON & LINGO, INC. served as Civil Engineers and Planners for the construction of this Class A facility which is centrally located near downtown Louisville, Kentucky. Construction of this project included environmental clean up and the recycling of metals, bricks and wood products. The project currently contains almost 800,000 square feet of distribution, light manufacturing, and flex space situated on a 48-acre tract. This project won the Cornerstone 2020 award in 2000 for the Traditional Workplace Form District and was the first speculative building built in the City of Louisville in over 10 years. |
